Tin-plated terminals can effectively avoid the oxidation-reduction reaction of copper terminals and produce patina; at the same time, it can also add heat dissipation, improve conductivity, and improve wire functions.

Not only that, tin-plated terminals can also prevent the insulating rubber from sticking, the wire core will become black and brittle, and improve its solderability. Tin-plated terminals are mainly used for rubber-insulated mining cables, flexible wires, flexible cables and marine cables as conductive cores, as well as the outer shielding woven layer and brush wires of cables. Generally speaking, the function of tinned terminals is very stable and not easily affected by geographic location. The tinned terminal has a high frequency when switching, and the loss caused by the control signal is also very small, so that the probability of failure can be greatly reduced.

Tin-plated terminals have the functions of anti-vibration, self-locking and anti-loose, so they are often widely used in household appliances, automobiles, computers and other fields. The later protection of tin-plated terminals after connection is also very simple, just disconnect the faulty place and replace with new tin-plated terminals. The service life of tinned terminals is very long, so the probability of failure is also very low.
